Why concrete gets so dark and slippery here
Concrete is porous. In our damp climate it soaks up water, pollen and fir needles, and algae and mildew settle into the surface. That's what turns a light grey driveway black and green, and it's what makes walkways and steps dangerous on wet days.
A real surface-cleaner finish, not stripes
We clean flat concrete with a commercial rotary surface cleaner. It spins two high-pressure jets inside a hood, so the whole slab gets an even clean without the zebra stripes you get from a wand. Edges, steps and corners are detailed by hand, and we treat heavy organic growth so it doesn't come right back.
- Driveways: including tire marks, moss in the joints and the dark strip along the lawn edge.
- Walkways and steps: the slippery spots that matter most for safety.
- Patios: concrete, aggregate and pavers.
- Garage aprons and RV pads.
Oil and rust stains
Fresh oil drips and rust marks from fertilizer or sprinklers often lighten a lot with the right pre-treatment. Old, deep stains may not come out completely, and we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
